Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARFGEF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,039 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARFGEF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Anterograde dendritic transport of messenger ribonucleoprotein complex, Negative regulation of protein localization to centrosome, and Ubiquitin-independent protein catabolic process via the multivesicular body sorting pathway. Each is linked with ARFGEF1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFGEF1-to-partner and partner-to-ARFGEF1 results are reported.
