Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARFGEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 837 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARFGEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3L, KRTAP4-11, and PES1. Each is linked with ARFGEF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFGEF1-to-partner and partner-to-ARFGEF1 results are reported.
