Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARFGAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,706 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARFGAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB1P32, RN7SL169P, and RN7SKP24. Each is linked with ARFGAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARFGAP2-to-partner and partner-to-ARFGAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB1P32 grouped by ARFGAP2-low versus ARFGAP2-high in COAD.
