ARCN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARCN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,909 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARCN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are REXO2, ZPR1, and UBE4A. Each is linked with ARCN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARCN1-to-partner and partner-to-ARCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARCN1 versus REXO2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
