ARCN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARCN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,583 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDELR3, XBP1, and SEC24D. Each is linked with ARCN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARCN1-to-partner and partner-to-ARCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARCN1 versus KDELR3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
