Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARCN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,529 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARCN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, and COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading. Each is linked with ARCN1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARCN1-to-partner and partner-to-ARCN1 results are reported.
