ARC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARC-associated genes across cancer lineages are C20orf85, GSG1L2, and USP29. Each is linked with ARC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARC-to-partner and partner-to-ARC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARC→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
