ARAP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,370 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARAP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINF1, CAVIN1, and COL4A2. Each is linked with ARAP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARAP3-to-partner and partner-to-ARAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARAP3 versus SERPINF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
