ARAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,887 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMG20B, LONP1, and ANKRD65. Each is linked with ARAP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARAP3-to-partner and partner-to-ARAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMG20B grouped by ARAP3-low versus ARAP3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
