Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARAP1-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,152 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARAP1-AS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle-mediated transport between endosomal compartments, Positive regulation of TORC1 signaling, and Autophagosome organization. Each is linked with ARAP1-AS2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARAP1-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-ARAP1-AS2 results are reported.
