ARAF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARAF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,804 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARAF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM10, GRIPAP1, and HUWE1. Each is linked with ARAF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARAF-to-partner and partner-to-ARAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARAF versus RBM10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
