ARAF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARAF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,163 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP4K4, RTKN, and TTL. Each is linked with ARAF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARAF-to-partner and partner-to-ARAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARAF versus MAP4K4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
