ARAF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARAF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,581 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC59, PIP4K2C, and CIRBP-AS1. Each is linked with ARAF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARAF-to-partner and partner-to-ARAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC59 grouped by ARAF-low versus ARAF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
