ARAF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARAF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,348 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBD1, CYB5D1, and CHMP4B. Each is linked with ARAF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARAF-to-partner and partner-to-ARAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARAF versus TUBD1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of -0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
