AR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,267 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AR_S96, TLN2, and PURA. Each is linked with AR in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AR-to-partner and partner-to-AR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AR versus AR_S96 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
