AR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 198 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AR-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR101, OPRPN, and HBM. Each is linked with AR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AR-to-partner and partner-to-AR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR101 grouped by AR-low versus AR-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
