AQP7P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP7P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,287 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP7P5-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P2, AQP7P1, and MIR6070. Each is linked with AQP7P5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP7P5-to-partner and partner-to-AQP7P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AQP7P5 versus AQP7P2 in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP7P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP7P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
