AQP7P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP7P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,745 significant associations in total. PAAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP7P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P1, BMS1P10, and LINC02237. Each is linked with AQP7P2 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP7P2-to-partner and partner-to-AQP7P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AQP7P2 versus AQP7P1 in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP7P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP7P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
