Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AQP7P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated AQP7P2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher AQP7P2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AQP7P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and KIRP show a favorable association.
THCA, UVM, and LUSC are the cancer types where AQP7P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
