AQP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AQP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AQP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC4G, IDI2, and ASB17. Each is linked with AQP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP3-to-partner and partner-to-AQP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC4G grouped by AQP3-low versus AQP3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
