The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher AQP11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AQP11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
HNSC, BRCA, and BLCA are the cancer types where AQP11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
