Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AQP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,494 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AQP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4686, MIR615, and RNA5SP519. Each is linked with AQP10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP10-to-partner and partner-to-AQP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4686 grouped by AQP10-low versus AQP10-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
