Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AQP10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated AQP10 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher AQP10 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AQP10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and COAD show a favorable association.
THYM, UVM, and BLCA are the cancer types where AQP10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
