Across TCGA cell cohorts, AQP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,464 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AQP10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of Golgi to plasma membrane protein transport, Negative regulation of platelet-derived growth factor receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of cell fate commitment. Each is linked with AQP10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP10-to-partner and partner-to-AQP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of Golgi to plasma membrane protein transport grouped by AQP10-low versus AQP10-high in OESOPHAGUS.
