Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, AQP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AQP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDX4, KRTAP10-2, and OCM2. Each is linked with AQP10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AQP10-to-partner and partner-to-AQP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDX4 grouped by AQP10-low versus AQP10-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AQP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→AQP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
