APPL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APPL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,405 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEOX2, C7, and ABCA8. Each is linked with APPL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APPL1-to-partner and partner-to-APPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APPL1 versus MEOX2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
