APP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, EGFR_pY1068, and PCNA. Each is linked with APP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APP-to-partner and partner-to-APP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by APP-low versus APP-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APP→partner) and Y-score (partner→APP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
