APP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 483 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1, DBX1, and USP17L17. Each is linked with APP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APP-to-partner and partner-to-APP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10W1 grouped by APP-low versus APP-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APP→partner) and Y-score (partner→APP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
