Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, APOOP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated APOOP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher APOOP4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated APOOP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

OV, LIHC, and LUAD are the cancer types where APOOP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
