APOO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,869 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STRBP, ECT2_T359, and HAT1. Each is linked with APOO in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOO-to-partner and partner-to-APOO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOO→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
