APOLD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOLD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,116 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOLD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SHANK3_S1413, NES_S842, and SHANK3. Each is linked with APOLD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOLD1-to-partner and partner-to-APOLD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOLD1 versus SHANK3_S1413 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOLD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOLD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
