APOLD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOLD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 497 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOLD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPB, OTUB2, and GLUD1. Each is linked with APOLD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOLD1-to-partner and partner-to-APOLD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOLD1 versus NPB in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOLD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOLD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
