APOL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,061 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EBF2, HRC, and HECW2. Each is linked with APOL5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOL5-to-partner and partner-to-APOL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOL5 versus EBF2 in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
