APOL5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOL5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,835 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM145, SUZ12, and STIM1-AS1. Each is linked with APOL5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOL5-to-partner and partner-to-APOL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOL5 versus TMEM145 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
