APOL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 797 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP181, AMDHD2, and NOL6. Each is linked with APOL5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOL5-to-partner and partner-to-APOL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP181 grouped by APOL5-low versus APOL5-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
