APOL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,036 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NMI, GBP1, and PARP14. Each is linked with APOL2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOL2-to-partner and partner-to-APOL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOL2 versus NMI in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
