Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,631 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APOF-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLT1, SNAI1, and F13A1. Each is linked with APOF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOF-to-partner and partner-to-APOF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOF versus FLT1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOF→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
