Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APOF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3661, NPM1P30, and PGGT1BP2. Each is linked with APOF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOF-to-partner and partner-to-APOF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3661 grouped by APOF-low versus APOF-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOF→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
