Across TCGA cell cohorts, APOF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,366 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APOF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Regulation of necroptotic process, and Type 2 mitophagy. Each is linked with APOF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOF-to-partner and partner-to-APOF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by APOF-low versus APOF-high in CNS.
