APOD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,760 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OGN, OLFML1, and RPL5. Each is linked with APOD in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOD-to-partner and partner-to-APOD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOD→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
