APOC4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,960 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGS2, CXCR2, and DUSP1. Each is linked with APOC4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOC4-to-partner and partner-to-APOC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOC4 versus RGS2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
