APOC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8063, RN7SL557P, and CBLL2. Each is linked with APOC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOC4-to-partner and partner-to-APOC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8063 grouped by APOC4-low versus APOC4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
