Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,572 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of very-low-density lipoprotein particle clearance, Regulation of very-low-density lipoprotein particle remodeling, and Cytolysis by host of symbiont cells. Each is linked with APOC3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOC3-to-partner and partner-to-APOC3 results are reported.
