The most reproducible APOC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cholesterol import, Regulation of cholesterol import, and Positive regulation of purine nucleotide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with APOC3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOC3-to-partner and partner-to-APOC3 results are reported.
