Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, APOBR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated APOBR data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher APOBR Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated APOBR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
GBM and LIHC are the cancer types where APOBR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
