Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, APOBR mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated APOBR data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher APOBR mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated APOBR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and CCRCC show a favorable association.

LUAD, UCEC, and PDAC are the cancer types where APOBR mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
