Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,515 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASGRP4, NCF4, and HCK. Each is linked with APOBR in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBR-to-partner and partner-to-APOBR results are reported.
