Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,379 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible APOBR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1137P, STAM, and IL21. Each is linked with APOBR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBR-to-partner and partner-to-APOBR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBR→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
