APOBEC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,319 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPPP3, TRAF3IP1, and PLOD1. Each is linked with APOBEC4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC4-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC4 versus TPPP3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
