APOBEC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, APOBEC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 844 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible APOBEC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01072, RNA5SP73, and RN7SKP135. Each is linked with APOBEC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both APOBEC4-to-partner and partner-to-APOBEC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01072 grouped by APOBEC4-low versus APOBEC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (APOBEC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→APOBEC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
